Step 2

Open a new file in 3D Home Architect. Click on the word “File” at the top left side of the screen. When the drop-down list appears, click the choice “New.” A white screen will appear. This is where you will develop your virtual home.

Step 3

Add the walls of your virtual home by clicking the icon on the wall at the top of the screen. Click and drag around the screen to place your walls. As slide, the dimensions of the walls will appear automatically, designing an accurate house easily. Once you have created external walls begin to create rooms, adding interior walls.

Step 4

Add utilities in your home by clicking the icon at the top of a toilet on screen. Window will appear, displaying all the devices you can add to the guest house. Select the device you want to add, click inside the virtual house to place it where it wants to go. You can add everything from stoves to electrical outlets to bath.

Step 5

Add the roof of your virtual home, clicking an icon in the roof top of the screen. Window will appear to allow you to decide the composition of the terrain and the roof. Once you’re done, click “OK”.The roof will automatically appear in your virtual home.
